Troy Dodgion – Managing Partner/Broker
Troy Dodgion is co-founder and Managing Partner of 21st Century Property Management and is responsible for developing and executing the firm's overall vision, strategy, and operation as a major player in the management of rental property across Southern California. He is a highly experienced real estate executive who has directly managed large commercial-residential assets and SFR portfolios, raised institutional equity and debt for both multi-site acquisitions and joint ventures, and has underwritten and entitled A+ development projects in Colorado, California, and Arizona. Mr. Dodgion’s real estate experience represents nearly $1 billion in transactional value across leasing, acquisitions/development, finance, and M&A.

Troy holds an undergraduate degree in Business Operations Systems from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado at Boulder. He is also a licensed California Real Estate Broker (#0192258), Colorado Real Estate Broker (#100097681), and IREM® Accredited Residential Manager.
Jason Coats – Property Manager – Temecula/Murrieta
Jason Coats is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse background. He holds an MBA and is a licensed broker, bringing a wealth of expertise to the real estate industry. With 14 years of invaluable experience in property management, Jason has demonstrated exceptional skills in handling complex property portfolios. Beyond his impressive career, he cherishes quality time spent with his beloved wife and three children, finding joy in their company and creating lasting memories together.

Ashleigh Slane – Property Manager – Temecula/Murrieta
Ashleigh Slane is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in property management and real estate asset management. With a Bachelor's degree in Business Accounting, Ashleigh has built a successful career in the real estate industry over the past 15 years.
Her journey began with 7 years of dedicated service as a Real Estate Owned (REO) Asset Manager with Wells Fargo, one of the largest financial institutions in the United States. In this role, she specialized in managing bank-owned properties, distressed assets, and foreclosed properties. Her responsibilities included overseeing the disposition of these assets, working with real estate agents, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Following her REO Asset Manager venture, Ashleigh transitioned to an 8-year career as a Property Manager and licensed Real Estate agent, where she honed her skills in property maintenance, tenant relations, and financial management. Ashleigh's expertise in this role has allowed her to develop a deep understanding of the intricacies of property management and a keen eye for ensuring the value and quality of real estate assets.
Notably, Ashleigh is known for her excellent customer service skills, a quality that has been instrumental in both her property management and asset management roles. Manny De Silvia – Affiliated Portfolio Manager – Corona/Riverside
Manny De Silvia is a portfolio property manager based out of Corona, Ca. office. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management and operations of client’s investment rentals throughout the Inland Empire. With more than Fifteen years of property management experience, Manny has managed all types of Single Family homes, apartment complexes and 4 unit condos, he has strong administrative skills, a deep knowledge of contracts and property accounting, and excellent communication skills. He is responsible for initiating and dispatching work order requests placed by tenants and following up on those requests with tenants, maintaining lease data, preparing property budgets, and overseeing tenant relations.
Manny has won Realtor of the year in 2013 and in 2019. He is a Member of the local Association of Realtors. He has served as on the Board of Directors, has been the Secretary of the Board, Treasurer, and incoming President and was President of the Association. He was the Chair for Region 14 Riverside County area at the State Association of Realtors.

Pat Brown – Affiliated Portfolio Manager – San Diego
Pat Brown has lived in San Diego for over 25 years. She has been a Property Manager for 20 years for her own investment properties and 7 years managing properties for her clients. Pat obtained her realtor license 7 years ago and worked as a Sales Manager in the contracting field for 10 years prior to this time. Pat tends to be very organized, attentive, positive, fun and detail oriented! She enjoys meeting people and helping them with their new home!
Alyssa Garcia – Assistant Property Manager – Hemet
​Alyssa Garcia combines her business education with over three years of tech-based property management experience. She's skilled at using the latest technology to make managing properties simple and efficient. As 21st Century Property Management’s Property Administrator, Alyssa handles vendor management, tenant relations, lease administration, and financial reporting. Her goal is to make 21st Century Property Management a top name in regional property management through exemplary service and smooth operations. Alyssa holds an Associate of Arts Degree in Business Administration.
